Process

If you’re interested in working together, please fill in this form. Once you’ve send it I will take a look and see what the possibilities are and what I can do for you. I will send you a debriefing and a offer, if you decide to agree we’ll get the progress started.

Now is the time that I will start designing according to your wishes and advice you whenever I think it’s necessary. When I’m done with the design I will send you a couple of images with the design. It’s up to you to reveal the needed changes and I will change them. The design will be done when you’re a 100% happy.

So you’re happy with the design, now it’s time to finish the project. How we finished depends on what the kind of project is. If it needs to get printed I will make sure it gets done. If it is a website I will start building. At this point of the project all you need to do is sit back and relax, I will make it all work :)

For the bloggers: I will make sure the new design will fit like a glove on your current content. If you’re moving your blog from Blogger to WordPress all your current content will move along. Pictures, comments, posts, everything, no worries. I deliver a blog that is a 100% ready to start blogging.

For the website owners: I deliver a website that is ready to be visited. That means I will make sure the website is running on your host and is filled with content (it’s all included in the price). Ofcourse you’re free the change the content afterwards. Or maybe you want to upload your website yourself and put in the content yourself as well, that’s alright too

 

Payments
Payments are divided into 3 periods:
20%: Agreement with debriefing and offer
30%: Approval of the design
50%: Delivery printwork or approval of development (web/blog)
The work will only be continued once the payment has been made.
Payments can be done by banktransfer (Netherlands) of PayPal

Cancellation
“I do not like the design and want to stop working with you”. Well, that’s possible, in that case I will return 50% from the payment you made from agreeing with the debriefing and offer. Cancellations due to other reasons will not be refunded.

 

Communication
Communication mainly will go by e-mail. If you really want to meet in person that’s possible aswell, but only in the city of Amsterdam. Invoices will be send by email too, on your request they can be send by post

Authorization
To optimize your blog or website to the fullest, I need to be authorized to go behind the scenes. Such as your hosting and a account to your WordPress. This information will only be used for the sake of providing the best quality possible.

Credits
Somewhere on your design/blog/website I will have the right to place my credits. This won’t be prominent but well fitted in the design.
